§ 19-34. Setting poles; crossarms.

All poles shall be set in the ground a depth of not less than five (5) feet and the earth around the same shall be firmly tamped. The height of the lowest crossarm shall be not less than twenty-three (23) feet above the ground, and all crossarms shall be securely braced.
