§ 39-12. Use of window type exhaust fans restricted.

  • It is hereby declared to be a nuisance and unlawful and an offense against the city for the owner or lessee or occupant of any building within the city to place or cause to be placed or allow a window fan of the exhaust type to be operated in any window which is twelve (12) feet or closer to another building, unless such fan is provided with a deflector, or other device, to prevent the blowing of air against such other building.
