§ 39-223. Escort service.

It shall be unlawful for any person to establish or operate in the city or in its police jurisdiction the business commonly known as an escort service, whereby male or female escorts are provided upon request, upon payment of a fee or charge. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit dating services which are lawfully licensed where the individuals neither pay nor receive pay for sexual services.
