§ 19-12. Injuring or interfering with street or park lighting system.

It shall be unlawful for any person to cut, dig into, injure, displace, disconnect, remove or interfere with the insulation on any of the cables, wires, lighting standards or poles or to remove, destroy, injure or deface any of the globes, lamps, receptacles or any part of the equipment constituting a part of the public street or park lighting system of the city.
